BIGGEST JOKE – NAJIB TO ‘INVADE’ MUHYIDDIN’S JOHOR WITH 10,000-STRONG ‘RENT-A-CROWD’ ARMY: PM’S AIDES GIVE THE GAME AWAY BY REVEALING THE NUMBERS IN ADVANCE – ‘3,000 FELDA SETTLERS & 7,000 BN ACTIVISTS’

It seems that Najib knows exactly how many enthusiastic ‘followers’ are going to turn up at his events tomorrow.
This is not just a prediction: his spokesmen confidently proclaim that 3,000 Felda settlers and 7,000 BN activists will be there!
Could this possibly be because the Prime Minister has long since bought and paid for these people to be there and arranged their transportation, picnics and matching T-shirts to be handed out?
One suspects that’s why BN know exactly how many will come, because that is what they have provided for!
In which case, how was this staged event funded?  You can guess that as well – from money filched from the public pocket.
PM on Johor tour, to ‘invade’ Muhyiddin’s turf
Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak will hit the Johor campaign trail with a series of high profile visits to the northern region of the state tomorrow.
He will begin his tour by visiting the Pagoh constituency on Friday, the bastion of his former deputy Muhyiddin Yassin who has served seven terms as the Pagoh MP.
Najib will visit Felda Maokil in the morning to hand out land titles.
Pagoh Umno division acting chairperson Ismail Mohamed told Malaysiakini that this was Najib’s first visit to Pagoh since 2009 and he says it will provide a huge morale boost.
It would also appear that the event will be a major show of force.
“Not only will 3,000 Felda Maokil settlers be there, there will also be 7,000 Pagoh BN activists and voters there as well,” he said.
Najib sacked Muhyiddin (photo) as deputy prime minister in 2015, prompting him to join forces with Dr Mahathir Mohamad and form Bersatu.
Pagoh is Bersatu’s only seat in the Dewan Rakyat currently.
Shoring up Muar BN
After lunch tomorrow, Najib is slated to visit Muar, a seat BN won in 2013 with a very slim majority.
The seat is presently held by Razali Ibrahim, who is also a deputy minister.
It is expected that Bersatu will field its youth chief Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman (photo) to challenge Razali.
In recent months, Pakatan Harapan has entered high gear in Johor as the coalition regards the state as a frontline electoral battleground.
Muhyiddin has been made leader of Harapan Johor.
