Three new faces expected in reshuffled Johor exco

The new Johor exco lineup is expected to see three new faces.
A source close to the Johor palace told Malaysiakini said the two new faces from Bersatu will be Tenang assemblyperson Mohd Solihan Badri and Bukit Permai assemblyperson Tosrin Jarvanthi.
They are expected to replace Puteri Wangsa assemblyperson Mazlan Bujang and Kempas assemblyperson Osman Sapian.
"Mazlan and Tan will almost certainly be dropped.
"If there are no changes, the new exco members will be Tosrin and Solihan (from Bersatu)," said the source.
The source said that DAP's Perling assemblyperson Cheo Yee How is also in the running to replace his party colleague Tan Hong Pin, who is Skudai assemblyperson.
However, DAP sources told Malaysiakini that the party is looking to put its Jementah assemblyperson Tan Chen Choon into the exco line-up instead of Cheo.
While the new line-up is likely, nothing is set in stone yet as Johor Pakatan Harapan will meet tonight.
On April 16, Malaysiakini reported that Hong Pin and Mazlan (above) were on the verge of being dropped from the exco line-up following the installation of a new Johor menteri besar.
Sahruddin was sworn in as the new Johor menteri besar on April 14, replacing Osman after having served for only 11 months.
Osman claimed Johor ruler Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar had asked for an exco reshuffle as a condition for replacing him with Harapan's choice of new menteri besar.
Hong Pin and Mazlan are said not to be on favourable terms with the Johor palace.
Prior to becoming menteri besar, Sahruddin held the health, environment and agriculture portfolio.
Meanwhile, Hong Pin was in charge of the local government science and technology portfolio and Mazlan helmed the public works, infrastructure and transportation portfolio.
The new exco line-up is expected to be sworn-in tomorrow.
It is unclear if the new faces will fill the same portfolio as their predecessors but Malaysiakini was informed that there will also be an overall reshuffle of portfolios. - Mkini
