UUM free to invite Zakir Naik to speak on campus, says Teo
The PH government is just inviting problems. As it is, there is already so much of problems faced by them which is still unsettled. Further more, daily essential household goods prices seem to be on the rise without a really valid reason. The PH voters are actually regretting electing them into power. Their Manifesto said a lot of things but almost all is still in progress after almost a year since they gained power.
Zakir Naik is a wanted criminal in India, Bangladesh and a few other countries due to terrorism involvement.
If he wants to speak anywhere, first he has to return to India, his home country to clear himself. Claiming that he will not be given a fair justice is just an excuse.
Zaik Naik should be barred from speaking to the Malaysian public since he loves to incite people and ridicule other faiths in Malaysia. Malaysians are peace loving people and we do not need foreigners to peach us about religion and how to live our lives.
The police and security forces are already faced with terrorist problems. The less we allow those know to be linked with terrorist involvement would be much better.
Zakir Naik should not be allowed to be a speaker at UUM on 18 April 2019 and the Education Ministry need to instruct the University to cancel the programme immediately.
There are so many reputed Malaysian speakers who will actually do a better job than him. - Mohd. Kamal Abdullah
