Floods were reported in several areas across Selangor and Negeri Sembilan today following heavy rain.
In Selangor, flooding was reported in Kampung Melayu Subang and Kampung Kubu Gajah.
State Fire and Rescue Department assistant director of operations Ahmad Mukhlis Mokhtar said the flooding was caused by overflowing rivers.
While firefighters were deployed to affected areas, no evacuations were carried out.
Flash floods were also reported on several roads throughout the Klang Valley.
Over in Negeri Sembilan, flash floods inundated Seremban.
KTM Berhad reported that its Seremban station was also affected, with waters rising above the train tracks.
Its operations were delayed, with some trains expected to be running behind by 51 minutes. - Mkini
