PASIR MAS: Police are tracking down two men believed to be involved in a shooting case at Kampung Alor Pinggan in Gelang Mas here today.
Kelantan police chief Zaki Harun said a witness and his cousin were asleep when they heard four shots fired outside their house at 3am.
“The witness got up and saw two men on a motorcycle speeding off towards Bunut Susu,” he said in a statement.
He said police found bullet holes in a car and a pick-up truck.
They also found four 9mm bullet casings in front of the house.
No one was injured.
Zaki said the motive for the shooting has not been established yet.
He said the case is being investigated for illegal discharge of firearms under Section 39 of the Arms Act 1960 and Section 427 of the Penal Code. - FMT
