
The PKR secretary-general issued the reminder to prevent the party from being penalised in the event a member who is blacklisted by the RoS secures a post.
“And this is why those who have been blacklisted are not allowed to contest,” she told FMT.
Fuziah was commenting on a directive she issued that had been making the rounds on social media.
“It’s not an order, but a reminder.”
She went on to say that currently, none of the party’s leaders had been blacklisted by RoS.
The election of committee members, and women and youth wing leaders at the division level will be held from April 11 to 20. Nominations will take place between March 14 and 16.
The election of the central leadership committee, and women and youth wing leaders at the national level will be held on May 24. Nominations will take place on May 3 and 4. - FMT
