The United States will take over the rebuilding of Gaza. Gaza will become 'internationalised'. Palestinians and other people will live in a Gaza that will become the Riviera of the Middle East.
During the rebuilding of Gaza 1.8 million Gazans will be moved out to neighbouring Jordan, Egypt and other countries.
