Leave if you can’t wait, elderly patient told

A SCUFFLE broke out at a Jinjang clinic after a medical staff rudely told an elderly patient to leave if she could not wait, reported China Press.

According to a witness, the elderly patient who had been waiting for over two hours asked when is her turn and a medical staff told her, “If you can’t wait, you can leave.”

Another patient stood up for her and told the staff to not behave as such but was shoved by the staff.

The clinic later investigated this mat­ter and apologised to the patients.

The staff said he acted out due to stress. The clinic has transferred him to another department and he will undergo counselling.

During the filming process, the director instructed her to act surprised, look dumbfounded and laugh while covering her mouth.
