BUT HE HAS NOT COMMITTED ANY CRIME IN MALAYSIA.
WHY SHOULD MALAYSIA HAND OVER ZAKIR NAIK TO INDIA?

JHO LOW IS WANTED IN MALAYSIA. 
HE IS HIDING IN CHINA.
BUT HE HAS NOT COMMITTED ANY CRIME IN CHINA. 
WHY SHOULD CHINA HAND OVER JHO LOW TO MALAYSIA?
