PETALING JAYA: Gmail and Google Drive are reportedly facing an outage around the world, with hundreds of users from different countries unable to receive emails.
According to various reports, some are experiencing difficulty downloading attachments as well.
Outage Report, a website that tracks such glitches, noted that over 1,100 reports were made in the last hour.
Gmail, in a a message posted on Google’s GSuite Status Dashboard, said it was experiencing a “service disruption”.
“We’re investigating reports of an issue with Gmail,” it said. “We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are able to access Gmail, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behaviour.”
