It must have come as a shock to the other communities but to the Indian community, at last justice seem to be served.
The Batu Caves Murugan Temple collects a lot of donations but nothing seem to be forthcoming to help a single Indian in need.
The action by the MACC is most welcomed by the Indian community in Malaysia since they seem to probe into a land deal that belongs to the Temple.
A Hindu Association had received a "complaint and shocking information" relating to the land deal.
At least now the Management Committee could be made accountable for all proceeds received by the Temple.
Whatsapp messages show how much money has been stacked by the Temple leader with a "Tan Sri" title at his home.
Being a registered Temple, rightfully all proceeds should be deposited in the Temple Bank Account at a bank and accounted for.
