MACC has summoned three more people, including KTMB chairperson Rameli Musa, as it steps up its probe into a RM90 million payment allegedly made by Umno to PAS.
According to a source, the two others are former Taman Templer assemblyperson Zaidy Abdul Talib from PAS, and a staff member at a PAS office.
"All witnesses are expected to be at MACC headquarters by 10am today," said the source.
MACC is widening its probe into claims that PAS received the payment from Umno, allegedly for its leaders to support the latter in GE14.
PAS leaders have denied the claims.
The investigation was launched in February after the commission received a report from the police on the allegations.
Since then, MACC has summoned several key PAS leaders, including its secretary-general Takiyuddin Hassan, spiritual leader Hashim Jasin, central committee member Nik Abduh Nik Abdul Aziz, and former deputy president Nasharudin Mat Isa. - Mkini
