The real reason Anwar is ‘stuck’ with Clare Rewcastle Brown

Raggie Jessy Rithaudeen

Let me let you in on a little secret.
On the 7thof July 2019, the day I exposed two ‘Statutory Declarations’ purportedly signed by Dato’ Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, I was met by someone claiming to be Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s most trusted confidante. It was a Sunday, and the Pakatan Harapan Presidential Council meeting was supposed to take place the next day. Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad wasn’t in the best of spirits as he knew of a plot to depose of him.
Prior to the arrival of the person claiming to be Anwar’s confidante (let’s just call him Din), I did some background checks. It turns out that he was who he said he was and was meeting me to try and con me. By then, I already had the aforementioned SDs along with five others, including those ‘belonging’ to Dato’ Seri Najib Tun Razak, Dato’ Seri Hishammuddin Hussein and Anwar himself. Of course, the SDs were all fake, a fact anyone in his (or her) right mind could easily have seen upon careful inspection of the official seal.
Not many are aware, that on that day, I was already on the verge of exposing six of the seven SDs before implicating Anwar of forgery. However, I decided to meet Din first and later picked only two of the intended six as they coincided perfectly with those Din furnished. I then gave Anwar 24 hours to explain the documents before revealing that they were all fakes. Within an hour of publishing, both Zahid and Muhyiddin posted denials in their respective Facebooks, insisting that the SDs were part of an attempt to sully their reputations.
Anyway, that happened.
Now, I can’t be a hundred per cent certain who this Din fellow is with, but the plan was obviously to kill two birds with one stone – me, and Anwar. I was told, for a fact, that Anwar had plans to turn me into his chief propagandist-cum-strategist for a substantial sum of money. Even Din knew about it and presented me with information matching what I had been told. The mission, it seems, was to prop Anwar up to godlike proportions during his first 100 days as Prime Minister of Malaysia.
Yes, Prime Minister. As the story goes, by then, Anwar had in his possession a combination of genuine and fake SDs numbering 149 which he planned to present to the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong. The presentation was supposed to take place on a Wednesday, the 10thof July 2019. In his sick, twisted mind, Anwar, I’m told, had hoped the Agong would miss the forgeries and agree to appoint him Prime Minister. And this is where I was supposed to come in.
Like I said, my job was to prop him up to godlike proportions during his first 100 days as Prime Minister. Din probably looked upon me as a threat. For some reason, he believed that I would take up Anwar’s offer which I later was told was to the tune of RM2-3 million. Din probably decided that if anyone was to expose the SDs, it should be me. Immediately after the meeting, I discovered that Din had already put someone on standby mode to lodge a police report against me. At least, that’s what I was made to understand by a well-placed, reliable source who seemed to know in advance Din was meeting me.
But little did anyone know that I already had in my possession cut-and-dry proof of Anwar’s involvement in a scheme to mislead MPs and possibly even the Agong. Din wanted me to publish the two SDs as if they were genuine articles. I, however, left it up to the people to decide if they were genuine or fake and even asked Anwar to explain them. The very next day, I revealed that the SDs were in fact fake and made it known that my team had already been on the case for some time. To date, we have amassed retractions from 55 Members of Parliament (MPs) and were told just yesterday that more MPs may follow suit.
So why am I telling you all this?
Well, not only did the expose foil Anwar’s plan to become Prime Minister, he’s well aware that I know a lot more – lots and lots more – that has yet to be made public. It is for this reason, above all, that he went crawling to Clare Rewcastle Brown – it was no longer in his best interest to turn me into his “propagandist-cum-strategist.” And that can only mean one thing – he probably offered Clare RM2-3 million to whack Dato’ Seri Azmin Ali stupid and more to prop him up to godlike proportions in the event he succeeds in becoming Prime Minister.
Over to you, Anwar.
