KUALA LUMPUR: MBSB Bank Bhd has announced that one of its non-customer facing employees based at Kenanga International, Jalan Sultan Ismail, has tested positive for Covid-19.
The employee is current receiving treatment, it said in a statement issued today.
MBSB Bank has conducted contract tracing to contain the spread of the virus while all its employees at Kenanga International have been asked to work from home.

All those who have been in direct contact with the affected employee have also been asked to work from home.
Meanwhile, the Kenanga International branch and its occupied floors will be closed on Oct 12 for sanitisation.
"MBSB Bank assures all of its customers and the public at large that there is no disruption to any of its services as the bank has emplaced a sound business continuity plan to ensure the smooth functioning of its operations in the event of such incidents.
