SKIPPING BREAKFAST.

 


You all would have heard the century-old adage that says breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But how many of you follow this? In an attempt to cut down the net calorie intake and fulfilling our dream goal of being slim, a major proportion of us have a tendency to skip breakfast. There is no disagreement that this will yield results, but only very temporary ones. The adverse effects of skipping breakfast are:-

Affects Your Heart.

First and foremost, the bad effect of frequently avoiding breakfast has increased the susceptibility to hypertension. Nearly 27% of the people who skip breakfast are prone to heart attacks when compared to those who have their regular breakfast. This, in turn, leads to the clogging of arteries, the development of chronic cardiovascular health issues as well as stroke an increase in blood sugar levels, etc.

Accumulation of water fat.
