Under Art. 9 of the Bern Convention of the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, the author of literary work protected by this Convention shall have the exclusive right of authorizing the reproduction of these works, in any manner or form.
As the author’s consent is absent, there is a direct infringement of the stated right of reproduction of mine.
