KOTA KINABALU: State government offices in Sabah will be operating at half capacity, said state secretary Safar Untong.
In a memo today, he said that effective immediately, half of the civil servants will work from home while the other half will be working in the offices.
The new working arrangement comes in the wake of a surge in daily Covid-19 cases in the state, he said in the memo addressed to all heads of state ministries and departments and local authorities.
He said that a rotation system will be implemented for important services to ensure no disruption .
Data from the ministry of health today showed that there are 36 active Covid-19 clusters in Sabah. - FMT
