My Comments:

Friday 1st August 2025, (tomorrow) is just a few hours away. Countries which have already received letters from President Trump but who have not entered into any trade deals with the US may possibly be hit with higher tariffs. This is a new announcement by President Trump - which was not known before.

The US has already secured trade deals with its major trade partners - the latest being with the European Union.

The rest of the countries which are not significant trading partners for the Americans and which cannot agree on a trade deal will be hit with higher tariffs. We will find out soon enough.
