On 10th February 2009, Sunshine Fleet Sdn Bhd issued a letter of award for the sub-contract of the construction, commissioning and maintenance of the new Shah Alam hospital to GM Healthcare Sdn Bhd after terminating the sub-contact with Isyoda (M) Sdn Bhd. The sub-contract price is reduced to RM400,900,000 from RM451,231,000.
