Selangor MB and exco members attending ceremony at palace as mark of respect and loyalty to Sultan
SHAH ALAM: New Selangor State Secretary Datuk Mohd Khusrin Munawi has taken his oath of loyalty before Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.
Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim and state exco members were also present at the ceremony at Istana Bukit Kayangan here Thursday.

The palace has also lined up other events, including Selangor Raja Muda Tengku Amir Shah's investiture ceremony, where he would be bestowed the Datuk Setia-Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah award that carries the title Datuk Setia.
Reporters were not allowed inside, only photographers and videographers. According to officials, a press conference is scheduled to be held later.
Earlier Thurday, Khalid, in a statement, said he and state exco members were attending the investiture ceremony as a mark of respect and loyalty to the Sultan.
