SHAH ALAM - The office of Seri Muda state assemblyman Shuhaimi Shafiei in Kota Kemuning has been splashed with red paint.
Shuhaimi said in a SMS message that the paint on the ground floor of the four storey building was discovered by a staff at 6am Friday.
"A crack was also found in a window pane," said the assemblyman who is now visiting Indonesia.
His special assistant Azmizam Zaman Huri lodged a police report at Shah Alam police headquarters in Seksyen 11.
"The premise is equipped with closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras. Let the police investigate," said Shuhaimi who dismissed any possibility of the incident being linked to ah long.
Shah Alam police chief Supt Zahedi Ayob confirmed that police had received a report on the incident.
Shuhaimi had been mired in controversy after he was said to have insulted the Selangor Sultan in his blog on Dec 30.
