THE PUTATAN residents had complained to Sabah DAP KKMP Hiew King Cheu and Sabah DAP Vice Chairman Edward Ewol Mujie, that their residential road at Jln Kg. Lok Bonu/ Kg. Talang Taun was badly damaged by the lorries carrying out the project work at Jalan Petagas Lintas Kecil Fasa 2 , which was completed in April 2011.
According to the residents here they had been promised that their housing road will be repaired soon after the completion of the project by the developer, but after waiting for one year , there were no sign of any repairing works been carried out.
The road condition becomes worse during raining days where their houses and the road are covered with muddy water.
Despite this area is being a BN ' White Zone ', very sadly they are not treated better than those in the other area where the residents enjoyed a pre-election road resurfacing project recently. This is a typical lackadaisical attitude of the contractors and the elected representative failure in helping the people.
The authorities must come immediately to put right the situation and reseal the damage road, and at the same time should also clear the drains here to ensure there is no blockage of water flow.
In Putatan and Putagas area there are many other works to be done to make good, this is in terms of infrastructure, overall cleanliness, and the streetlighting. The flooding and water logged areas at Kg Putatan and in Petagas still needs to be solved. More drains are needed to be constructed soon. ReplyDeletependuduk perumahan tidak salahkan BN pun.. mereka salahkan pemaju atau kontraktor yang melaksanakan projek jalan petagas.. kenapa DAP tidak salahkan kontraktor ini?
ReplyDeletejika DAP benar2 mengambil berat terhadap masalah rakyat, jangan setakat komplen.. ambil tindakan dengan berjumpa pihak2 yang berkenaan untuk mendapatkan penjelasan dan penyelesaian.. jika krew Sabahkini boleh, kenapa media DAP tidak??
