Altantuya killed on the Deepak-Ropiaah Bukit Raja land? Is this why Boustead was roped in?

Altantuya killed on the Deepak-Ropiaah Bukit Raja land? Is this why Boustead was roped in?
A startling piece of information relating to the macabre murder of Altantuya Shaaribuu has been dredged up in the on-going debate over the RM160mil Boustead Holdings Bhd deal, wherein the public-listed firm is believed to have been roped in to buy 223 acres of land in Bukit Raja, Selangor so as to silence a string of corruption expose's levelled by ally-turned-foe Deepak Jaikishan at Prime Minister Najib Razak and wife Rosmah Mansor.
Was the beautiful 28-year-old Mongolian translator, allegedly Najib's mistress at one time, killed on that land by two of his former bodyguards in 2006 - shot twice and then her body bombed to bits by military-grade C4 explosives to prevent identification?
This was among the questions posed to PKR strategy director Rafizi Ramli during a press conference held on Wednesday to delve into the nitty-gritty of the Boustead deal, which also involves Selangor Umno Women's chief Raja Ropiaah.
"I don't know about that. It never occured to us but we will check," Rafizi told reporters.
Spirit of Altantuya - more than just talk?
According to the murder charge sheets, Chief Inspector Azilah Hadri and Corporal Sirul Azhar Umar had killed Altantuya in Mukim Bukit Raja, a sub-district in Selangor state, now governed by Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim's Pakatan Rakyat coalition.
The two former cops were sentenced to hang in 2009 after a court trial that riveted the nation. Both were part of the security detail that used to guard Najib and wife Rosmah.
During the investigation leading to the trial, they had taken the police to the scene of the murder. Police found fragments of bone, later verified as Altantuya's, in the forested land near the Subang Dam in Puncak Alam, Shah Alam.
At this point in time, it is not clear if Altantuya was indeed killed on the 3 parcels of Bukit Raja land now at the centre of the Deepak-Ropiaah-Boustead deal.
Even if she was, is there any particular significance? Did it add to Najib's perceived rush to appease Deepak and close the curtains on the Defense ministry's land privatization deal to Ropiaah? And why?
The answers to these questions and more are still very much up in the air until more information emerges. However, to journalists covering both the Boustead deal and the Deepak allegations, it is perhaps more than coincidental especially as Deepak has repeatedly vowed he would not stop his 'revelations' until the "spirit of Altantuya gets justice".
Ironically, Boustead Holdings deputy chairman and group managing director Lodin Wok Kamaruddin has also been accused of being an integral figure in the money trail for the RM570mil illicit commission allegedly paid by French naval firm DCNS to Najib and his friend Razak Baginda to get the Malaysian government to purchase two Scorpene submarines worth RM7.3bil.
Najib must satisfy Umno colleagues or the party will implode
Already, the 40-year-old Deepak may have claimed his first 'victim'. Najib is rumoured to have suffered a minor stroke due to the stress and pressure especially from his Umno party to answer to the corruption claims leveled at him and his wife.
The 59-year-old PM has dismissed the 'stroke' rumours, insisting that he was "healthy". However, doubt remains given his failure to issue a categorical denial.
"For us, the state of Najib's health does not affect our preparations for GE13 and how do we take over the governance of Malaysia. It is to Umno that Najib needs to answer and to satisfy. If he doesn't do so, Umno will implode. If his colleagues in Umno are not satisfied or feel he is not fit in terms of health to take them into GE13, they will surely take further advantage of this talk of ill health," Rafizi told Malaysia Chronicle on the sidelines of the press conference.
The PKR leader had previously confirmed he too had hear rumours of Najib's stroke and that the PM had gone to Singapore to "rest". IS HE REALLY ILL? Najib must clarify rumors he had a stroke & was resting in S'pore - Rafizi

Umno analysts have been warning of an unfolding internal power tussle, which they expect will culminate in Najib stepping down before the next general election, which must be held by June this year, and handing over the reins to his deputy Muhyiddin Yassin, citing poor health as his reasons.
It is not surprising that Muhyiddin and former premier Mahathir Mohamad have been accused of being the 'black hands' behind the Deepak expose's.  NEW PM FOR MALAYSIA? Mahathir, still regarded as the most powerful man in Umno, was recently reported as telling Umno members not to publicly talk about the controversies currently surrounding Najib, who is also the current Umno president.
The 87-year-old Mahathir advised party members  not to complain or discuss Najib's weaknesses until the general election is over.
“When BN wins the 13th general election, then we can correct those mistakes and wrongdoings for the interest of all ... When that time comes, we can rebuke and whack,” Mahathir was quoted as saying by national news agency Bernama.
