Alright…all those Chinese and Indians and those Malays that have been asking the Malays to wake up before it is too late…I am a Malay and I AM AWAKE! Now what? What do you want me to wake up for?
I want you all (all those that have been asking the Malays to wake up!) …I want you all too know that I have had enough of you all asking me and the other Malays to wake up. We know where we are at, where we are going to and how to get there.
We know that you are asking us to wake up because you do not want us to oversleep and miss the boat to a New Malaysia and you want us up to join you guys on the march to Putrajaya with Pakatan Rakyat. And more important…we know we need to make the journey together!
UMNO too is asking me and the other Malays to wake up! UMNO wants us to wake up so that we can vote UMNO to another term in Government
I got news for UMNO! We Malays are with Pakatan Rakyat…well if you want me to be more exact…. a lot of us are with Pakatan Rakyat…enough to get UMNO all hot and bothered about whether they will get enough ‘Malay Votes’ at the 13thgeneral election to get them over the finishing line ahead of Pakatan Rakyat!
Alamak Najib susah for us to support Barisan Nasional lah! Ada susah sikit lah…after all you UMNO buggers have been taking care of your own UMNO guys more than the Malays – so how for us Malays to continue to support UMNO?
Are the Malays worried that without UMNO we will lose Ketuanan Melayu? Yes we are!
Are the Malays worried that they will be overwhelmed by the other races in education, in the workplace, in business and will lose our dominant position in Politics? Yes we are!
Of course we are worried…but we are more worried about what is going to happen to us and to our country if you UMNO guys are again in political power! Better put our lot with the other races than with you self-proclaimed jaguh politic and champion of the Malays…more like jaguh kampong politic!
Now that that Ketua Kampong of yours, Najib Tun Razak has finally ‘bubar’ parliament…let the games begin!....and let us make that UMNO led Barisan Nasional into bubur! ABU!
MALAYSIAN PM DISSOLVES PARLIAMENT FOR LANDMARK POLLS

KUALA LUMPUR (AFP) - Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak dissolved parliament Wednesday in preparation for a general election seen as the toughest challenge yet for the ruling coalition after 56 years in power.
"This morning I met the king and asked for his consent to dissolve the parliament," he said. "This dissolution will pave the way for the 13th general election."
The election commission will meet shortly to decide on a date for the poll, which is likely to take place within the next few weeks.
Analysts predict the election will be the closest ever amid concerns over corruption, the rising cost of living and crime under the Barisan Nasional coalition, which has ruled Malaysia since independence in 1957.
The 13-member coalition is dominated by the United Malays National Organisation, which is led by Najib, who has worked hard to rebrand UMNO by launching a series of reforms aimed at boosting the economy and granting greater civil liberties.
The opposition three-party Pakatan Rakyat (People's Pact), led by the charismatic Anwar Ibrahim, made unprecedented inroads in the last polls in 2008.
It currently holds 75 of 222 parliamentary seats and controls four of the country's 13 states. |
