Hey, it's OK to cheat - we are BN!

Hey, it's OK to cheat - we are BN!
The GE-13 is fraudulent and suspect. Anything else is all mere cosmetic. But we still lack the honor and the steel to admit.
Shame has lost it meaning; honor has taken flight from the window of the nation’s soul.
On the one hand the Prime Minister from the minority votes polled, states that all the claims and allegations of irregularities observed in the GE-13 are unfounded. He lambasts the opposition political party of causing havoc in the country.
Then comes the Election Commission, reporting that it is going to clean up the electoral system in preparation for the next General Election.
What exactly do all these people and so-called leaders think of the rakyat? And Malaysians must then really be fools to have to put up with such bunkum.
BN - Betrayers of the Nation?
We had 56 years after independence. In the past forty years how many times did we have the Constitution amended under the Mahathir regime? We could amend and amend till even our revered royalties were stripped and silenced away. But only now we have the EC declaring - after the thirteen general elections, mind you, that it will clean up the electoral system.
The Constitution was raped to suit the pleasures of the BN government. That explains why today we can form the government with minority votes polled and yet end up garnering maximum seats win.
The people gave the EC and the Mahathiristic government a good solid four years plus (since the conclusion of the twelfth GE) to clean up the undemocratic elements within the electoral system. We gave the Bersih 1.0 and 2.0 and 3.0 as peaceful signals that democracy must be restored at all cost in the best interest of this nation, the region and for the world intentions.
In return we got the baton, the stinging water canons and a painful label of being anti-nationalists. The opposition pact leaders were run down like rats in the gutter. The activists were harassed and humiliated without dignity.
Why clean up now, not before GE13?
Is there no one within the line-up of 2013 post-GE-13 leaders, MPs, Cabinet Members, Senators who can stand up and restore the dignity, honor and nation-loyalty in their minority-vote winning political party?
If all these people are incapable or adamant in not wanting to allow logic and principles to prevail supreme and above their vested power-interests, then let the following questions haunt their conscience till eternity:
If the GE-13 is untainted, why must you now say that the electoral system will be cleaned up and brought to standard?
Why did the EC not respond with affirmative attention before the 13th general elections? And why did the EC deny and defy all the calls for clean, fair and democratic elections?
Why is the EC seeing a sudden need to address the electoral system now even when the PM blatantly denies that all the allegations of irregularities are not true?
And if it is true that you did not win the GE-13 by means that mocks the very foundations of democracy, why did the US government demand for clarifications on the just concluded GE-13?
Gerrymandering takes away the very essence of democracy
Let truth be told. The fourth stone that has already broken the camel’s back in Malaysia’s political structure is the fact that here is a nation where a political party can lose in the votes polled and yet secure more seats to form a government.
This betrays the very essence and shatters the cornerstone of democracy that is honored all across the globe.
Any effort and all the promises to make good the electoral system in preparation for the next general election is not the issue here. The battle is on GE-13. We cannot proclaim to have a democratic government when the means to forming that government is spun on threads of undemocratic principles.
Which is a sin against this nation – crying out for democracy, legitimacy and honor or shielding fraud and ill intentions in order to retain power and control?
