'Absence at Black 505 doesn't mean disloyalty'

PAS information chief Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man today said the absence of some PAS leaders from the Black 505 rallies does not mean disloyalty to the party.

According to today's Sinar Harian, Tuan Ibrahim (below) said PAS leaders were supportive of the rallies against alleged electoral fraud even though some of them were not present.

pas muktamar 130610 tuan ibrahim tuan man" Not attending does not turn the leaders into traitors, they still do support. I am confident there are no leaders who do not support (the cause)," he was quoted as saying.

He was responding to PAS vice president Husam Musa who had said party leaders who refused to attend one of the Black 505 rally in Kelantan on June 13 were "carrying the voice of Umno".

PAS deputy president Mohamad Sabu had instructed all its leaders to support the Black 505 rallies.

"Everyone abides by the party's instruction but I am confident that some leaders who did not attend... had prior commitments or were worn-out.
