In a latest twist to the Malaysia-New Zealand diplomatic fiasco, the latter may not be getting wanted Malaysian diplomat back to Wellington to face charges on Monday as reported yesterday.
News daily The New Zealand Herald this morning reported that Malaysian doctors say Muhammad Rizalman Ismail may not be fit to fly tomorrow as he may need further "psychiatric evaluation".
Quoting a source at Tuanku Mizan Military Hospital telling the daily last night, it said "Rizalman was 'not looking good' and might need further tests".
After being brought back to Malaysia using diplomatic immunity despite protests from New Zealanders, the diplomat accused of attempted sexual assault has been held in a military hospital for psychiatric attention.
Malaysia eventually agreed to send Rizalman back to New Zealand to attend court, and The Herald yesterday reported sources saying four seats have been booked on a flight to Auckland tomorrow.

Rizalman was arrested in Wellington on May 9 after he followed a 21-year-old woman home and allegedly assaulted her.
