The unhygienic guy in the picture is a leader of the Jamiat Islami Pakistan. They call him"maulana" Fazlur Rahman.
He says that earthquakes are caused by women wearing jeans. He wants the Pakistan Army to launch a war against women wearing jeans.

Now let me explain why calling this guy 'maulana' is an act of shirik.
In the Quran the honorific 'maulana' is used to describe Allah. Maulana means 'protector' (or other English words that convey the same meaning).
Surah 9:51 Say, "Nothing happens to us, except what Allah has decreed for us. He is our Protector. In Allah the believers shall trust."
(Arabic translit : Qul lan yuseebana illa ma kataba Allahu lana huwa mawlana wala-llahi falyatawakkali almu'minoona)
In another reference Surah 2:286 we say "anta mawlana" - You are our Protector.
This is again directed at Allah. This appears many times in the Quran.
However in Pakistan, India and Bangladesh and to a large extent among the mamak community in Malaysia (whose knowledge of the Quran is much, much less than teh tarik kurang, kurang manis) they very frequently use this honorific "maulana" for the odd village idiots who come here from Pakistan, India and Bangladesh to spread their village level thinking to all and sundry - including the "educated" among them.
(Hence the point - 'education' is subjective and relative. If you read books that are full of rubbish, that is not education.)
This is shirik or associating partners with Allah.
In the Quran it is stated very clearly that 'anta maulana', 'huwa maulana' are honorifics addressed exclusively for Allah.
In Pakistan their village 'maulana' says that earthquakes are caused by women wearing jeans. And the village idiot who said it is the leader of their religious party.
Can you see why that country is doomed?
