In the past, Azmin, Rafizi and Tony Pua had no stage to speak on, and halls also became out of bounds. Yet in 2008 the first 5 states fell (to the Opposition). That's what happens when leaders speak directly to the people.

As for TSMY (Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin), until now we do not know what he's going do. Is he going hide behind Tun (Mahathir), until when? A leader must lead, full stop. Speak directly to the people, not just Umno members. Tell the nation what your plans are.

Problem with General Assembly is not the stage for TSMY, his audience too is not there. The speeches that be delivered will be very predictable .... ABC ... ampu bodek, cium tangan (flattery and hand kissing). Give warnings to DAP, hit PKR hard, then scream long live Umno. But there may be something different this year ... no one will dare to curse PAS. Yes, we have to keep the fishes alive, there must be a lifeline.

Comment from Zam: FOR SURE, MUHYIDDIN WILL SPEAK

Although blocked from opening the three Umno wings namely Wanita, Youth and Puteri at the General Assembly in December but the deputy president Tan Sri Muhyiddin will find his own way to deliver a speech to them to continue the age-old tradition.

This is the conclusion that can be made by me after raising the possibility that restrictions will slapped on him during a conversation in my Zam Newsroom Cafe in Ayer @ 8 Putrajaya recently.

However Muhyiddin did not want to tell me how he planned to deliver a speech that will surely attract the attention of the public.

Umno president Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak has claimed that the decision to replace the role of deputy president by the heads of the Umno wings was decided by supreme council at Parliament this evening (Tuesday Nov 24, 2015). The reason he gave was that it was at the request of the heads of the relevant wings themselves.

NAJIB NOT AS STRONG AS HE APPEARS

Najib is aware that the reason given by him is not believed by UMNO members, let alone the general public, but it was his intention, in a state of fear and nervousness, to avoid facing Muhyiddin's speech.

Muhyiddin will now surely use a very important stage to reveal everything. He is aware that his remarks are much awaited by the people throughout the country.

Trying to stop Muhyiddin from giving his speech will certainly add to the sympathy for him, raise his popularity and reputation to a higher level not only to UMNO members, but also to the Opposition and people of different races across the country.

HEADS OF UMNO WINGS MUST TELL THE TRUTH, NOT BETRAY MEMBERS FOR THE SAKE OF THE PRESIDENT

The popular question is why does Najib wants to silence the Deputy President and prevent him from completing the party's age-old tradition which does not violate the party's constitution.

Even the support of hundreds of Umno divisions does not seem to give confidence, strength and courage to Najib to face Muhyiddin alone.

This restriction further erodes the credibility of Datuk Seri Najib as Umno president and will make more and more people realize that he is not as strong as he seems.

The heads of Umno Youth, Puteri Umno and Wanita Umno must not stay not silent but must instead confirm if it is true what Najib alleged that it was them who wanted to break with Umno's traditions, or it will be seen that Najib is really the King Of Money. - http://zamkata.blogspot.my/
