Another SCANDAL here? This news in Hong Kong... :
On 31/12/15, 1MDB signed agreement Bandar Malaysia land in Sg Besi for JV with China Railway and Iskandar Waterfront for RM7.41B.
But China Railway announced in HK Stock Exchange that amount is RM5.279 B.
"On 31 December 2015, the Joint Venture entered into the Share Sale Agreement with 1MDBRE, pursuant to which the Joint Venture will purchase 60% of the equity interest in BMSB held by 1MDBRE at a price of MYR5.279 billion, among which CRECM will pay MYR2.639 billion (equivalent to approximately to RMB3.995 billion) of the share purchase price. This transaction has been examined and approved in the Company’s Seventeenth Meeting of the Third Session of the Board of Directors on 31 December 2015.

My comments : This one really sucks.
No 1. Yes they said they sold the 60% stake for RM7.41 Billion.
However the Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement says the deal is only RM5.279 Billion.
So what happened to the balance RM2.161 Billion?
No 2. Even the RM5.279 Billion will not be paid fully in cash. The Chinese say they will only pay RM2.639 Billion in cash. When will the Chinese pay the balance RM2.640 Billion?
No. 3 If CREC is only paying RM2.639 Billion cash, how the hell is 1MDB going to 'settle RM40 Billion' worth of debt with a cash inflow of only RM2.639 Billion from CREC?
Folks, this is 2016. Watch out. They are going to increase the Paid Up Capital of 1MDB from its present level of RM2.0 Billion (its no more RM1.0 Million ok) to something like RM40 Billion.
Then they will use the new paid Up Capital (that is our money) and use it to pay off the remaining debt.
Media folks, ask 1MDB what is the paid Up Capital now. - http://syedsoutsidethebox.blogspot.my/
