Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng entered the Penang branch of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) situated along Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah at 9.35am today.
He was accompanied by lawyers and elected representatives Gobind Singh (Puchong), Ramkarpal Singh (Bukit Gelugor) and RSN Rayer (Seri Delima).
Lim, who is also DAP secretary-general, did not comment although a big group of reporters and photographers had already gathered outside, some as early as 7.30am.
As his official Mercedes Benz with PG1 number plate entered the MACC premises, a lone protester Muhsim Latheef carried a placard with words "Please Lock the Windows for the Safety of My CM!".
"There is only one CM, love him (CM hanya satu, sayangi CM kita)," he said.
Lim will be questioned by MACC over the purchase of his bungalow on Jalan Pinhorn for RM2.8 million, which was reportedly below market price.
