Hadi: Me as GE13 PM-designate? Not to my recollection

Its very surprising that Abdul Hadi Awang, PAS President, claims he can't remember that he wanted to be appointed as Prime Minister during the 13th General Elections if Pakatan Rakyat then had secured a majority to form the government.

It was reported that Lim Kit Siang had informed that Hadi wanted to be Prime Minister but DAP and Lim Kit Siang refuse to support his appointment. But Pakatan Rakyat then did not win the majority to take over the federal government.

That is the reason why Hadi and his PAS party is against DAP and labelling DAP as "anti-Islam" and "anti- Malay".

Furthermore, Hadi should remember that while he was appointed Mentri Besar of Terengganu from 1999 to 2004, he failed miserably to administer the State and due to it, he failed to secured Terengganu for a second term.

Hadi should start the face facts rather than to provoke and incite hate against Muslims and non-Muslims voters. This tactic will surely backfire at the Cameron Highlands Parliamentary by-elections campaign that is in progress now since Malaysians are fully aware of what is happening around. 

Cameron Highlands polling day is fixed for this Saturday 26 January 2019. 

Hadi need to be reminded that it is an Election Offence to incite and provoke hate among the voters.

Even the RM90 Million proceeds received by Hadi from 1MDB from former premier Najib Razak has been denied. But Husam had produced a copy of the cheque that Hadi received to prove that Hadi had actually received this amount and this case matter with Sarawak Report which is fixed for hearing at the London Court will reveal the truth.

Hadi should remember that every citizen in this country has equal rights and need to be treated fairly and equally. Claiming it is "haram" for non-Muslims to be appointed as Cabinet Ministers is a serious breach of the Federal Constitution.

It is time for Hadi and PAS to wake-up and face reality. - Mohd. Kamal Abdullah
