Man killed after falling from building and landing on car

PETALING JAYA: A man died after he fell from a high-rise building onto a parked car at the Medan Cahaya flats here.

Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Zani Che Din said they were alerted to the incident at around 1.50pm on Wednesday (July 17).

"We received information that a man fell from the Block E building of the flats here and landed on the roof of a parked car.

"We have identified the man as Sri Kumaran Malovagam, 32," he said.

ACP Mohd Zani added that the man's body was trapped in the car and had to be extricated. The body has been sent to the Universiti Malaya Medical Centre for a post-mortem," he said.
