My comments :  

Why not just transfer the board members of CAAM somewhere else? 

That is how it is done isn't it?

Guru sekolah cabul anak murid they get transferred to another school.

Policeman does wrong, they get transferred elsewhere.

Doctor buat salah, they get transferred to another hospital.

So why not just transfer the Board and Management of CAAM somewhere else? 

Then maybe they can screw things up at the other location. 

Maybe lose some more ratings etc.

SIX Bomba died. They said "according to SOP". No heads rolled.

ONE more Bomba died. Police says they cannot arrest anyone for murder. (Meaning it is not murder). No heads rolled.

So many tahfiz have burned down, killing dozens. No heads rolled.

Malaysia is still poor on human trafficking (Dulu Tier 3 - the lowest). No heads rolled. 

The Minister says 60% of IPTA graduates are unemployed. No heads rolled.

There are many, many more things wrong. No heads roll. 

Just wait until the country burns down.

Even then no heads will roll.
