To The Ahli Parlimen DAP, PKR, Amanah Please Ask If RFID, MySejahtera Will Claim Compensation? And How Much?

 First some news:

https://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/category/nation/2022/03/28/tok-mat-calls-for-an-end-to-surveillance-by-mysejahtera/

  • Mat Hasan says health ministry must explain deal to privatise app
  • called for cut-off date for MySejahtera “surveillance mechanism”
  • Malaysians cannot be burdened forever by he said
  • Determine time where we can end all this
  • govt must discuss use of MySejahtera for other purposes
  • organ donation, other health matters not main purpose
  • MySejahtera subject of controversy in recent days
  • Tok Mat asked about confusion to privatise app through direct nego

My Comments :

1. RFID

This is the controversy around the controversial MySejahtera app. Before that I would like to touch on the RFID.

The RFID caused a major controversy which required the Prime Minister Ismail Sabri to intervene.

To get to the point when the RFID was put into operation it caused huge jams and unhappiness at the toll gates. The PM Ismail Sabri then made a decision and announced that the toll operators re-instate sufficient lanes with the Touch n Go and Smart Tag options.

Almost overnite the toll operators reduced the RFID lanes and put back more Touch n Go and Smart Tag lanes.

Here is the point - all this costs money. And also loss of income opportunities for RFID. It was certainly a 'break' in their contract when the PM Ismail Sabri told the toll operators to re-instate sufficient Touch n Go and Smart Tag lanes.

The question is can the RFID operator claim compensation for this loss of income opportunities? I am quite certain they can and they will. Compensation from taxpayers money, public funds. Our money.

Can the Ahli Parlimen DAP, PKR, Amanah please raise this issue.

2. MySejahtera

The same question about MySejahtera. The news says that Mysejahtera has been sold by the Government to a private company. Again a few hundred million has been mentioned. This sale has hit the news and it has become controversial again.

The above statements by the UMNO deputy president Mat Hassan suggesting that MySejahtera should be discontinued carries much weight. Tok Mat will likely be the next president of UMNO and possibly the next Prime Minister of Malaysia as well. He is not to be taken lightly.

So if the Mysejahtera app is to be discontinued (as per Tok Mat's suggestion) then the company that paid those hundreds of millions through "direct nego" to buy MySejahtera will (or should) claim compensation from the government.

If so then once again compensation from taxpayers money, public funds. Our money.

Can the Ahli Parlimen DAP, PKR, Amanah please raise this issue.

This collecting hundreds of millions of Ringgit from taxpayers money as compensation  began during the time of Abdullah Badawi.

Remember that crooked bridge project? They suggested a crooked bridge. Contracts were awarded. Then the project became a huge controversy - because it was a "crooked bridge". Then the project got cancelled. Then the company involved was paid hundreds of millions of Ringgit compensation because the crooked bridge was cancelled. Paid from taxpayers money. Banyak cantik. No bridge was built but the promoters got paid hundreds of millions of Ringgit from public funds.

Then under Super Moron's time as prime minister he awarded a contract to his crony to install those cameras by the highways. Again that project too became a huge controversy. I believe that project too got cancelled or they were asked to sell out or something. Again the company was paid hundreds of millions of Ringgit in compensation by the government, using our taxpayers money.

  • Quite a business proposition indeed.
  • Think up some stupid project.
  • It attracts controversy.
  • Then the project gets cancelled.
  • Then the lucky beggars collect compensation.

To all my fellow stupid Malaysians please wake up. Speak up and protest about the right issues. Dont waste time and waste your life protesting about useless issues.

When that Main Bontot fellow was kicked out of power in 1998 over 100,000 Malaysians gathered at Dataran Merdeka to show your support for Main Bontot. How stupid can you get? Now his party cannot even one seat in Melaka and they won only one seat in Johor. At last you realise that the guy is an idiot. You wasted so much time.

Likewise to all you really dumb Chinese and Indians who supported PAS (PAS supporters club), now you can see their true colours. They are making threatening statements over that Chinese mother and the controversy over the unilateral conversion of her children. In Kedah the PAS Menteri Besar has been embroiled in so many controversies involving non Muslims. Last year he cancelled the Thaipusam holiday in his state. (His excuse was there was no celebration because of the Covid. Ok then what about Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Christmas?)

To all Malaysians you must protest the highest car prices in the world and the corrupted AP system. For the past 40 years we have been paying among the highest car prices in the world. Everyday people are getting poorer because 20% to 30% of your monthly income goes to paying monthly car instalments. If prices of motor vehicles reflect WORLD MARKET PRICES you will be paying about 1/3 less in monthly instalments.

So please learn to protest those things that really matter in life.

Dont waste your life protesting (or supporting) the Main Bontot fellows or the PAS fellows.

Likewise keep an eye open on both RFID and MySejahtera. This story is not over yet.

Will we the Malaysian public be forced to fork out hundreds of millions of Ringgit in compensation payments to these people?

Can the Ahli Parlimen DAP, PKR, Amanah please raise this issue.
