After ten months in office, realities of regime clearer
M'sians realize regime represents Malay polity
racial and kleptocrat status quo
not embracing any semblance of a reform agenda.
The regime is not a government of the poor
many thought his regime priority to help poor and marginalized
regime's policy actions show little indication of that perception
regime is not a government of the poor
- support base is centred upon middle-class urban, semi-urban voters
- the regime is very much bourgeoisie in its outlook

- Rise in GLCs, crony capitalists, corporate totalitarianism
- GLCs, crony capitalists rush for projects with state govts
- in exchange for land
- unorthodox transactions evaded public scrutiny
- Prime public lands disappearing to corporations very quickly
monopolies being extended by the regime
rice and sugar shortages, due to continued restricted economic regime
regime supporting profit potential of these monopolies
rather than supporting consumers
- cronyism, fraudulent practices evident in poverty eradication projects
- fraudulent acts costing taxpayers millions of Ringgit
- benefitting small handful of corporations
- influence of GLCs, cronies rise over 10 months
- without fairness or compassion
- eviction of homeowners with assistance of Federal Dept
- indicates new totalitarianism in Malaysia.
- Media suppression
- clamping down on press freedom over last few months.
- regime has put fear into the media
- M--C acts extra-judicially blocking media websites
- formal paths to challenge these blocks don’t exist
Madani is just more of the same
stark reality is regime is just recombination of same political parties
different gomen same old policies
same old cronies hedging futures with current regime
madani is choice of Malay elite, works in their interests
Pro-Bumiputera still prevail, monopolies still exist
old Soviet era type economy, central planning, price controls, 5-year plans
regime moved away from secularism by empowering JAKIM
involved in economic planning, censorship on the internet.
This is the true nature of the regime
