HADI AND PAS LEADERS LIED ABOUT SETTLEMENT WITH CLARE

From the onset, Hadi Awang knew PAS leaders and he had received RM90 Million from Najib Razak.

Just to hoodwink the Malaysian rakyat, more so the PAS members, Hadi initiated a Defamation Action in London against Clare Rewcastle for exposing that he and PAS leaders had received  RM90 Million from Najib Razak in her website Sarawak Report.

Hadi had sought for donations to finance his court action in London from Malaysians and PAS members.

Hadi knew very well that he will lose this case, since Clare Rewcastle had a stronger case than him since she had the evidence to proof before publishing her article.

That is why Hadi decided to settle it out of court.

It is informed that an out of court settlement was reached on 24 January 2019 after agreeing to settle Sarawak Report's legal bill of RM1,422,980.00 as part of the settlement to allow Hadi to withdraw the London court action. 

Furthermore, Sarawak Report also agreed to Hadi's condition that both parties keep the payment made confidential and a secret.

Being a Muslim leader, Hadi should not have LIED to Malaysians and still continue to lie about this matter.

Its time Hadi and his PAS leaders who are connected with this matter tender their resignation from all position and repent.

Hadi and his PAS leaders, who are being considered religious leaders should not tarnish the reputation and good name of Islam. - Mohd. Kamal Abdullah
