VIP's are entitled to give EXCUSES while ordinary citizens who gave valid or invalid reasons were still taken to the police station, arrested for defying the MCO and brought to Court to be punished.

Dr Ong Hean Teik defied the movement control order by jogging in a park two weeks ago.

We can't blame the police totally (have to obey Orders) since ordinary citizens who defies the MCO should be ARRESTED although after repeated notice.
