THE spread of Covid-19 has not been flattened yet as more cases are being discovered through checks, said Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

The former prime minister said on the MyPerintis Facebook Live today that the authorities are looking for more people who had attended a tabligh event at the end of February.

“Once we find that they have not been checked and check them, there are bound to be new cases.

“So, the curve is going up. So, more through checking has to be done and this can go on for some time.

“We hope to see it flattened soon,” he said.
