My Comments : This was forwarded to me with a request to post it. Which I am doing here, all in good faith. Simply because the lady is 91 years old and it says her land was taken from her 50 years ago.
"This gutsy lady, Sandramadi d/o Adaikan is 91. On 21 & 22 December 2022 she will be heading back to court to fight for her land that was taken from her 50 years ago.
Here she is holding on to her tattered and torn original title. It has been a long and gruelling battle and her tenacity in her fight for justice is truly inspiring.
There are many people who are affected by land, house and property losses and do not know where to turn to. They are not allowed to talk about it.
Money and time are wasted due to manipulations by scoundrels. Who will help them out? Are the courts the only way?
What is sadder still, is that only China Press and Sin Chew Jit Poh cared enough to cover the news at the last hearing - the other media shows no interest. Please help her share her story.
If you can, be there 21 & 22 December 2022, Time 9.30am Temerloh High Court Pahang."
My Comments : I do not have any other information and I am posting this in good faith. But the story of a 91 year old woman having to go to the Courts to get some justice after 50 long years should elicit empathy and perhaps sympathy.
I hope the Courts will restore justice.
