COVID-19 | The Health Ministry reported 1,502 new daily Covid-19 cases yesterday.
Active cases currently stood at 22,505, down 17.1 percent compared to 14 days ago.
New cases according to states are as follows:

Kuala Lumpur (160)
Malacca (111)
Sabah (102)
Kedah (100)
Penang (92)
Perak (74)
Sarawak (73)
Pahang (46)
Kelantan (45)
Negeri Sembilan (39)
Johor (37)
Putrajaya (37)
Terengganu (26)
Labuan (10)
Perlis (9)
Another 3 deaths attributed to Covid-19 were reported yesterday, of which 2 were declared as "brought in dead".
Since the start of the pandemic in March 2020, a total of 36,713 deaths have been attributed to Covid-19.
There are 1,512 Covid-19 patients who are hospitalised of which 104 are in intensive care.
The highest number of admissions yesterday was recorded in Selangor (116) followed by Sabah (71) and Johor (41). - Mkini
