Flip Flop ?? There Will Be Political Appointments To GLCs But They Will Be Streamlined Says Zahid

• SHAH ALAM – All political appointments to government-linked companies (GLCs) will be streamlined and announced simultaneously  said Zahid
• Zahid explained that this was done after the appointment of former Machang MP Ahmad Jazlan as chairman of Felcra had been postponed.
• “This has been done in line with the government’s efforts to streamline the announcements for all statutory bodies, GLCs and other institutions under the purview of government ministries which will be made soon,” he said
• On Dec 16, Zahid announced Jazlan’s reappointment as Felcra chairman
• However, on Dec  2 .. Jazlan’s appointment was postponed.

My Comments :

• 1stly political appointments to GLCs were not allowed (flip)
  
• But Zahid re-appointed Ahmad Jazlan as Felcra Chairman (flop)
  
• Then Jazlan's re-appointment was cancelled (flip again)
  
• 4thly Zahid now says political appointments will be streamlined (flop?)
  

What does that mean - streamlined. Streamlined with what?

    2.      having been made simpler and more efficient or effective.
