Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng will be visiting Singapore from 25th till 26th October 2010 to establish links with key organizations from the commercial sector, meet key prospective investors and also to strengthen links with the tourism sector in Singapore.
He will be leaving today and returning tomorrow.
During this visit, the Chief Minister will meet key investors from the areas of biomedical device manufacturer and Aerospace manufacturer. These investors have so key interest to invest in Penang.
The Chief Minister will also meet senior officials from the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SMCCI) and The National Association of Travel Agents Singapore (NATAS) to further enhance the networking ties between Penang and these organizations.
Lim will be accompanied by Dato Lee Kah Choon, Executive Chairman of InvestPenang, and Mr Jeffrey Chew, Special Investment Officer to the Chief Minister and an officer from InvestPenang.
