On 14th January 2009, Sunshine Fleet Sdn Bhd signed a deal with GM Healthcare Sdn Bhd to take over the sub-contract for the construction, commissioning and maintenance of the new Shah Alam hospital. But it was not until 5th February 2009 that Isyoda (M) Sdn Bhd was sent a letter terminating their sub-contract. Now the fight begins.
