In a text-message, businessperson Shazryl Eskay Abdullah (left) said his presence is required at the court at 8am on the day.
The message reads:Datuk 'T' akan di Charge di Mahkamah Jalan Duta pada jam 8pagi, 24 June 2011. Harap maklum
"I just received a letter asking me to be present in court just two hours ago," said Eskay, when contacted.
"I do not know whether others will be charged but I will keep you informed."
He said the other two - former Malacca chief minister Abdul Rahim Thamby Chik and former Perkasa treasurer-general Shuib Lazim - will also be charged.
The trio had admitted to showing a sex tape to editors and journalist at the Carcosa Seri Negara hotel on March 21.
The recording, made in an unidentified location, purports to show a senior opposition figure said to resemble Anwar Ibrahim. He deniedany involvement and lodged a police report.
