KUALA LUMPUR - Two registered land owners and three companies challenging the acquisition of nine lots of prime land in Bukit Bintang here for the multi-billion ringgit Klang Valley MY Rapid Transit project have obtained an interim stay until Sept 15 over land acquisition proceedings.
High Court judge Justice Abang Iskandar Abang Hashim set Sept 15 to deliver his decision on their application for leave for a judicial review.
LTS Resources Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd and Pedoman Cekap Sdn Bhd are the two registered land owners.
The three others are the parent company T.S. Law Corporation and its two subsidiaries, LTS Properties (M) Sdn Bbhd and LTS Capital Sdn Bhd.
