MONEY LENDER IN SABAH PURELY LOAN SHARK

Dear Editor,

MOST of the moneylender in Kota Kinabalu is exploiting goverment servant in Sabah. Once you borrow, you need to pay 12% per month. I therefore ask government servant not borrow from moneylenders but best go the bank because 99% of the moneylenders breach the act.

I hereby ask all borrowers to lodge police report if they have been cheated and check the their repayment but the police is silent on this matter. They are not moneylenders but purely ‘LOAN SHARK’.

Many government servant were victimised. The moneylenders hold their ATM card to withdraw cash, but no proof that they pay. Guess never a statement stated. According to the law, the moneylenders can be fine RM1 million if convicted.

But Bonus Advance Sdn Bhd in Sinsuran is Ah Long company, not money lender. This company located at Block F, Lot 1, Ground Floor Sinsuran Complex. Anyway, please lodge a police report summon them to court. They charge high interest and sabotage the economy. The burden of proof is whether come out to produce the evidence. I pity to the government servant because they are totally victimised. Please probe and help those being cheated by them.
