PAS to ask Hasan, Nasha and Saari to explain

PAS will ask former party deputy president Nasharuddin Mat Isa and former Selangor PAS chief Hasan Ali to explain the remarks the two had made recently.

Also called in to explain is PAS information chief Saari Sungib following his remarks on the possibility of Hasan being sidelined from contention as an election candidate.

Party information chief Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man (left) said explanations have to be made so that the party need not waste time, following differing opinions as a result of frustration, small mistakes, excessive egos and not wanting to accept the decision made by the party andjamaah (members).

“Looking at the general election which is fast approaching, PAS would like to stress that the party would not tolerate any sabotage from within and outside the party. PAS is making final preparations for the election.

“All members should play their role to be ‘team players’ to ensure that the jamaah would work well and in harmony.

"All efforts are concentrated for the final push in preparing for the general election, and not towards handling some leaders who have differences in opinion on party policies where the direction has been determined and agreed by the syura council,” said Tuan Ibrahim in a statement.
