Would you believe that the Police and the JPJ will be robbers along the main roads? Definitely not. But the truth is happening at Lahad Datu and this menace is bared by illegal lorries that carry fertilizers while lorries are modified without approval from Road Transport Department located near Lahad Datu District Central Police Station for the past 20 years?
