WOW! Only in MALAYSIA probabaly...

The JUDGE involved in the ALTANTUYA SHAARIIBUU case stated that the "MOTIVE" BEHIND the murders by the Police Officers who committed it is "NOT ESSENTIAL"???

Wow! This might be a "LANDMARK" case if THAT is Malaysia's Court's judgement as in MAJORITY of COMMONWEALTH NATIONS...there is a DIFFERENCE between MURDER & HOMICIDE, even in the USA there's a 1st Degree Murder and 2nd Degree or as in MOST Commonwealth Nations: there's the definition of "CUPABLE HOMICIDE NOT AMOUNTING TO MURDER" even...

And what DEFINES the difference usually is the "MOTIF" or "Mens Rea" or person's STATE OF MIND when they are carryng out the offence or Crime.
